Since the eGrain^sm System is web-based, it is not necessary to purchase any software or deal with upgrades. The system saves all users valuable time and resources by eliminating the hassles and inconveniences of paper documents.

The eGrain System is hosted at a secure, restricted facility with multiple power sources and back-up systems with numerous access points to the internet, ensuring the highest protection and loss prevention of your data.

REPORTING FEATURE
The eGrain^sm System allows users to instantly sort the data for electronic warehouse receipts (EWRs) and electronic contracts. In addition, users can produce customized reports and import information into third-party applications such as Microsoft® Excel and grain accounting software.

EWRs and electronic contracts can be created, issued, signed, transferred between parties, cancelled and archived in a secure, totally paperless environment.
